Forest Aire is the sole authorised New Zealand distributor for the Red Dot Corporation of Seattle, Washington, USA, a relationship that has existed for the last fourteen years. The Red Dot Corporation is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of Airconditioning and Heating systems for on and off highway use. Through this distributorship we have access to a large inventory of components, spares and complete units. Ongoing research programs and support further enhances the relationship.

Our company operates an installation and repair service from Rotorua that covers the central North Island region and beyond by request. The systems that are designed and assembled at our premises can be installed by our trained technicians anywhere in New Zealand. This is also complemented by relationships developed with other companies throughout New Zealand where they have a requirement in this field.

Because the New Zealand market is quite different to the North American and European market, Forest Aire has developed a niche in manufacturing specific units and kits for many machines that are available here. In late 1996 we acquired a fully functioning sheet metal business whereby the primary business was production runs and manufacturing. Incorporating this business into the company has given us the flexibility to supply virtually any application with componentry and enclosures designed to fit specific requirements made to an extremely high standard.

Being able to source products from the world market has enabled Forest Aire to provide the most up to date technology for many specialist applications, and for our New Zealand customers. International Suppliers are constantly being sourced to provide componentry to further support and compliment our range of products and services.
